Breakfast will be served from 7.00am in the Tony Frizza Stadium followed by a great panel of guest speakers including:
PATRICK KEANE
In 2017, Patrick was ranked in the list of prime AFL movers and shakers, one spot below Luke Hodge, and above Leon Cameron, Garry Lyon, Stephen Silvagni and Ross Lyon.
One of the longest serving staffers at AFL House, Keane serves a few key roles. He is the first port of call if an official comment is needed from the AFL and if the League needs to get its message out there, Keane moves swiftly. He also controls media accreditation for the League and put simply, nobody gets inside an AFL venue to cover footy and have access to media facilities without his say-so.
Patrick has subsequently moved into a role working more closely with the AFL Commission, giving him remarkable insight into AFL Footy.
ANDREW KRAKOUER
Andrew played football for Richmond and Collingwood. Son of Jim, Andrew is part of a storied football history.
Career highlights include:
- 3 goals in the 2011 Grand Final
- 2011 Mark of the Year
An interrupted AFL career due to imprisonment, Andrew has experienced the highs and lows of life. He now shares this journey and the lessons learnt.
ALANA KING
A prolific right-arm leg-spinner, Alana King’s improvement across all levels of Victorian cricket saw her join the VicSpirit squad for the first time in 2016-17.
Representing Victoria at an under-15s and under-18s level, King went on to earn a spot in the Melbourne Stars WBBL team for it’s inaugural season and impressed with three wickets at an economy rate of just 6.06 runs per over.
In April 2019, Cricket Australia awarded her with a contract with the National Performance Squad ahead of the 2019–20 season.
